Duet: Partners in Health & Aging, a nonprofit interfaith organization that provides free-of-charge services to homebound adults, family caregivers, faith communities and “grandfamilies” in Phoenix, will be hosting an ongoing support group for caregivers in the LGBTQ+ community.
Beginning June 6, the caregiver support group will meet from 2-3:30 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of every month at Community Church of Hope, located at 4124 North 6th Drive in Phoenix.
The meetings will consist of emotional support, helpful tips and ways to better navigate caregiving – whether caring for a spouse, partner, parent or other.
