This year marks the 175th anniversary of the Oregon Trail. Though at times treacherous, the reward for making it to the end, which is in Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory, was worth it.

Oregon’s Mt. Hood Territory – a two-hour flight from Phoenix – is an even hotter spot to explore. Some can’t-miss attractions:

The Resort at the Mountain
The End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center
Timberline Lodge’s Cascade Dining Room
Mt. Hood Territory Wine Trail
The Kitchen at Middleground Farms
Jonsrud Viewpoint
Little Zigzag Falls Trail
Trillium Lake
Rosse Posse Acres

Plus, there’s alpaca yoga. For more, click here.
