CarMax will create 430 new jobs for its new customer experience center that’s opening in Tempe, Ariz. this December. The company is now hiring to fill the open positions. The state-of-the-art facility will be the third stand-alone customer experience center that supports the Fortune 500 retailer’s customer-driven car-buying experience.
Consultants working in the center will support customers via phone and online, assisting them with shopping and financing until the customer is ready to pick up their vehicle, or receive it through home delivery.
Consultants can earn up to $22 per hour, with bilingual candidates receiving a premium from the company.
