Breakthru Beverage Group, a leading beverage distributor with significant operations in Arizona, has committed $500,000 to restaurants to purchase and provide meals for front-line responders battling the COVID-19 outbreak and vulnerable populations affected by it. This includes a contribution to the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation as well.
Within Arizona, partners to date include Lin’s Little China, Blancos Tacos, Pita Jungle, Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers, Oreganos, Casa Amigos and Daily Dose. Front-line institutions benefiting to date include Kingman Regional Medical Center, Flagstaff Family Food Center, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and several Valleywide medical centers and Banner hospitals around the state.
