Dance Fusion with Michelle Dionisio is designed for the active older adult using a variety of music
from Latin, Pop, Broadway, Jazz, R&B rhythms to basic dance movements. This class is
a fun and works to tone and strengthen the body! This class is offered in a modified
format and lower intensity. THIS CLASS WILL BE OFFERED: DECEMBER 7 AND 21.
