Since 2009, New York Times‘ Best Southwestern Culinary Festival winner Devour Culinary Classic has brought together culinary leaders each year to shine a light on the tasty talent across the state and establish Arizona as a burgeoning foodie destination.
This year, it will continue as Devour at Home Feb. 27-28. Each day will feature a roster of Arizona’s most sought-after restaurants offering a limited quantity, prix fixe menu.
Orders, which can be pre-arranged starting Feb. 1, include food for four, wine glasses, warming instructions, chef bios and merchandise. Participating restaurants will receive 100% of the proceeds from their orders.
