A deep dive into the many women associated with Arizona’s history will take center stage March 8 at Heritage Square.
Timeless Contributions: A Celebration of Women’s History Month at the Square promises a fun-filled day complete with lawn games, music and historically attired members of the Phoenix Historical Costuming Society.
A unique theatrical event, “Sounds of Suffrage,” will debut inside the Rosson House Museum; a “Women of the Square” lecture, delivered by Director of Visitor Engagement Sarah Matchette, will follow as will tours of the museum.
Smoothies – courtesy of the Maui Wowi Gilbert food truck – will be sold all afternoon.
