Located inside Sprouts Farmers Market, Sprouts Highley (1668 N. Highley Road) will open on Oct. 4. Stop in to see what’s shaking at the beloved coffee roastery – and if they will reprise last year’s Pumpkin Espresso Shaker (a sublime blend of fresh-brewed espresso, yummy pumpkin sauce and creamy oat milk).
