On connecting with industry leaders

These days, I’m gleaning deep insights from like-minded folks by listening.

As host of the podcast “Let’s Talk About It: Conversations with Industry Shapers,” my job is not to carry the conversation but to receive it – a shift that’s invaluable and liberating.

Once upon a time, I assembled a “meeting of the minds” where I gathered inspiration. These days, when I’m struggling with something, I’m more inclined to turn to a good book or inspiring podcast to get me back on track.

Listening forces me to soak up others’ nuggets and put them into practice – which, I’m learning, is priceless.
