Leaping to (valid) conclusions about corporate culture

Every four-ish years, in the spirit of alignment, an extra day is added in February to keep our calendars in sync with the seasons.

This Leap Day, in the midst of widespread layoffs, I’ve been thinking about corporate culture.

While I love remote work and have found it to be productive for my team of 56+ at RIGHTSURE, cohesiveness is tough to achieve sans shared space. I liken it to living separately from your spouse, and communicating only via phone or Zoom for a period of two years: How, and for long, would the model be feasible?
