There’s a hot topic blowing through the conference room at RIGHTSURE (where all of the executives, save for me, are women). When it comes to hiring, my team is keen on getting the right candidate into the position – for the benefit of the company and our customers – rather than checking the box on a particular gender.
Are they feminists? Perhaps.
I consider it a welcome wave of change, one dubbed A Powerhouse of Female Execs by The Business Fame in 2022.
