STACK Infrastructure has announced it will expand into Arizona with a 79-acre site in Avondale, citing the location was chosen given Phoenix’s West Valley is of the most rapidly expanding data center markets in the United States, offering significant opportunities for scale, is low risk for natural disasters and has an overabundance of solar resources for sustainable power.
The site, joining established ventures in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, New Albany, Northern Virginia, Portland and Silicon Valley, will be available for hyperscale campuses and build-to-suit data centers, wholesale collocation and private data suites, and powered shell options, all on a 12-month turnaround.
