Heidi’s Village breaks ground in Phoenix

On March 27, Chasse Building Team was proud to break ground on Heidi’s Village, a 40,000-square-foot, $20 million facility to house the newly formed animal welfare nonprofit. The project is set for completion in spring 2020.

Its mission will be to assist other animal welfare partners in the community by providing temporary boarding and medical assistance to animals.

Once complete, Heidi’s Village will be able to house over 200 dogs and 200 cats. It will feature a play pool, surgical units, walking paths, an orphaned kitten nursery, a grooming facility and eventually, behavior assessment and adoption programs.
