The Hotel Valley Ho has revamped its signature, award-winning restaurant, ZuZu, marking the greatest evolution of the space since it reopened in 2005.
It now features both mid-century modern and contemporary furnishings and decor, including 1950s-inspired wood screens, bold lighting and dramatic feature walls. The lounge and dining room have been combined to become one expansive space, and there is an inventive new transitional seating arrangement.
There is a new wine room, The Vine Vault, as well as a hidden private dining room, Rosie Room, named after Rosalyn “Rosie” Bennett Lyon, the matriarch of the family that owns Hotel Valley Ho.
