Tibetan monks visit Arizona

by
Tibetan monks

Throughout this week, the Tibetan monks have been in Sedona, Arizona, where they have been creating a traditional Maitreya Sand Mandala at Unity of Sedona. Visitors are welcome to come and watch the spectacular Sand Mandala come to life and immerse themselves in Tibetan art, culture and meditation through April 28.

In addition, on April 26, L’Auberge de Sedona, A Destination Hotel will host a Creekside lunch with the monks. It will highlight the spring menus at Etch Kitchen & Bar and Cress on Oak Creek, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the monks’ monastery. Reservations are available here.
