As part of its Spread the Word spirit week, Special Olympics Arizona will celebrate Inclusion Day March 2 to bring awareness to inclusivity. That day, the state chapter hosts its Spread the Word Youth Summit, an all-day youth conference 8:00 a.m.-2 p.m. at Verrado High School in Buckeye, Arizona.
Special Olympics Arizona has been part of the Copper State community since 1975, with more than 20,000 participating athletes.
Inclusion Day falls during the national nonprofit’s annual Month of Giving in March.
