Ronald McDonald House’s impressive impact on Tucson families

by The 100 Companies

In 1981, a small group of doctors, parents and community leaders came together to launch Tucson’s Ronald McDonald House. From humble beginnings, the charity has steadily grown to make a huge impact.

To date, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern Arizona welcomed more than 15,000 guest families and served 29,500 meals – saving families $28 million worth of lodging and food costs. Their mobile care program brought dental care to 1,000 families, and the family room at Diamond Children’s Medical Center hosted 160,000 visitors.

More than 1,200 volunteers made all the difference. Find out how you can get involved today.
