Phoenix St. Paddy’s Day tradition returns for 40th celebration

by The 100 Companies

Irish eyes will twinkle on Saturday, March 11 at the 40th Annual Phoenix St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Faire.

The “Greenest Day in the Desert” begins downtown at 10 a.m. when the parade sets off from Third Street and Sheridan en route to Margaret T. Hance Park, adjacent to the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library.

Steep yourself in all things Irish – from bagpipers and step dancing to corned beef and cabbage – for a community celebration of Celtic culture and history.

Enjoy vendors, live music and children’s activities – plus a myriad of pubs serving Guinness and nips of Busker whiskey.
