Businesses facing long waits for SBA loan help can obtain information regarding financial assistance through the city of Phoenix COVID-19 Resource website, Phoenix.gov/Resources. To assist you with preparing for the next round of funding, SBA EIDL application forms and tutorials are provided in English and Spanish.
Phoenix has information about three alternative methods for submitting applications. For other resources, Phoenix businesses can call the city’s Community and Economic Development Hotline, 602-262-5040. Please note that this is not a call center; you will get a real person, and because of demand, the hotline is only for businesses located in Phoenix.
