GrandeVita, a planned 20-acre community with nearly 700,000 square feet of independent and assisted living, dining, medical offices, condos, nursing school and rehab clinic, will create about 326 jobs.

“There is substantial demand for a high-end, assisted living community like GrandeVita,” said Kelly Copeland of BioCity Enterprises. “Khangura Development, BioCity and Brycon are excited to build a property that will revolutionize the current model of this kind of facility.”

According to Mayor John Giles, “Their approach to building a senior community with integrated health care, recreation and resort living will change the way we think about aging.”
