In keeping with tradition, the 52nd Annual Vrbo Fiesta Bowl Parade – presented by Lerner & Rowe – will step out for a two-mile march through Central Phoenix on Saturday, Dec..28 starting at 10 a.m.
At the helm of this year’s festivities is Parade Grand Marshall Anthony Robles, a Mesa High School and Arizona State graduate, whose wrestling achievements are worthy of celebration. Robles, who was born without his right leg, began his collegiate career as a walk-on before going on to become a three-time All-American.
His Sun Devils career culminated upon being named 2011 NCAA Wrestling Champion in the 125-pound class.
