Live & Learn AZ helps break cycle of poverty

Study after study shows that children who are raised in poverty are exponentially more likely to raise their own children in poverty. It’s a vicious cycle that often continues generation after generation.

To proactively combat this, Live & Learn empowers women to break this cycle of generational poverty, working with adult women who have experienced poverty, violence and homelessness. We provide pathways to economic self-sufficiency through education and career training, while ensuring women develop life skills, financial literacy and emotional strength needed to thrive – in order for women to lift themselves out of poverty and create a brighter future for their children.
