Arizona cities among fastest growing in America

According to a recent WalletHub report, seven Arizona cities have been named among the 100 fastest-growing cities in the United States.

In the 32nd spot, Tempe, Arizona, ranked the highest in the state, followed by Surprise (62), Scottsdale (71), Phoenix (81), Mesa (82), Gilbert (83) and Avondale (86). When expanded to the top 250 fastest-growing cities, Peoria (171), Glendale (195), Yuma (204) and Chandler (221) also made the list.

In order to determine the most rapidly growing local economies, WalletHub compared 515 cities of varying population sizes based on 17 metrics, all related to socioeconomics, jobs and overall economy.
