Yiddish Club: Mamaloshen

“Mamaloshen” is the Yiddish word for Yiddish! It means Mother Tongue – and that’s what we’ll be exploring with Rabbi Laibel Blotner. He’ll share with us some of the warmth and humor of the language that has helped sustain the Ashkenzic Jewish population for decades. Hearing Yiddish is like having a cup of hot cocoa on a cold winter day.
