Set in the Scottsdale desert, Cloth & Flame, Mezcal Carreño and five of Arizona’s finest chefs invite you on a culinary journey to Oaxaca. Join Donald Hawk (The Gladly), David Brito (Kai at Wild Horse Pass Sheraton), Brett Vibber (WILD Arizona Cuisine), Erika Gonzalez (Buck & Rider )and Rebekah Swift (Fabulous Food Catering) for an homage to the “Mezcal Monday” backyard parties started by Abel Arriaga and Ivan Carreño. The dinner will recreate the unique experience by bringing together 100-plus new friends to celebrate and learn the history of agave as they sip mezcal and indulge in an innovative five-course menu.
