7th Annual Backpack and Supply Drive Now Open Through August 31st Presented by the the Online Executive Charities Council

The Executive Charities Council — in partnership with Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation (AFFCF), Arizona Helping Hands and VOICES for CASA Children — announces a call for donations in support of its 7th Annual Backpack and School Supply Drive benefiting foster children around the state. Donating is just a click away with an online donation form that allows supporters to purchase a brand new backpack filled with needed supplies including notebooks, markers, glue, rulers, highlighters, sharpeners and more for just $25 each.

Individuals and corporations can also become a Silver Star Sponsor through a $2,500 donation that supplies 175 stocked backpacks or a Gold Star Sponsor for $5,000, which supplies 350 backpacks. An option for an automatic monthly donation is also available as well as making donations over the phone by calling 602-252-9445 or via mail to the address below.

Businesses or community groups may also sponsor a collection drive or serve as a drop-off location for new backpacks and needed supplies.

Through the 7th Annual Backpack and Supply Drive, the AFFCF aims to provide 6,500 new filled backpacks to foster children in need this school year, which will be distributed on July 25. Online donations can be made via www.backpacksforfoster.org
