Downtown Phoenix’s Block 23 Announces New Tenants

Block 23 in Downtown Phoenix will have four tenants occupying space at the high-rise, mixed-use destination by this summer. WeWork was among the first tenants to open at Block 23, occupying 90,000 square feet on the seventh and eighth floors.

The second office tenant, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP (EY), opened its 20,000-square-foot office recently as well, already employing over 280 people on-site. This spring, The Ryan by StreetLights Residential will welcome its first residents and is pre-leasing now. And finally, this summer, Block 23 will welcome its first restaurant tenant, Blanco Cocina + Cantina, a Fox Restaurant Concept (FRC).
