The thing about resolutions is that I tend to not keep them. Sure, I would like to eat better and to exercise more, but I say that all the time, not just at the New Year.
A few years back I decided that I would set goals instead. So, in addition to a walking goal and how many books I want to read, added to the list for 2021:
• To continue to re-prioritize what is important
•To continue to re-connect with family and friends in a more meaningful way
• To continue to re-focus how I spend my time and resources
