Christopher Todd Communities, a local developer known for single-family rental homes and the newly launched “A New Lease on Life” program, has broken ground on Christopher Todd Communities At Stadium. The 313-home Phoenix project on 99th Avenue and Missouri will feature smart home technology and private backyards. It marks the developer’s fifth community in 12 months.
“They are scheduled to deliver 1,160 homes by 2019, making them among Arizona’s biggest builders,” says Mike Brown, Washington Federal Arizona president and project financier. “Land is also under contract in Mesa, Avondale, Goodyear and Queen Creek.”
