The City of Chandler has relaunched its I Choose Chandler Business Hiring and Retention Program. The program will provide assistance to businesses that are keeping employees on payroll during the coronavirus pandemic.
The application process is open now through Feb. 25, with qualifying businesses receiving $1,300 for every full-time employee. The $1,300 is extended to businesses that use independent contractors as well. A maximum of $10,000 will be provided to qualifying businesses to assist employees.
Applicants that already received funding from the Chandler relief program in 2020 are able to apply again and simply need to re-apply within the deadline.
