The storied basketball rivalry between Arizona and UCLA spans more than a century and began with four games in 1923 – all played in late February.
Two on the road followed by two at home resulted in a split series for the Wildcats, whose high score – 33-22 – came during a west coast win on the 20th.
The largest margin of victory, 102-64, came in February 1989; the smallest, 53-52, in January 1985. In January 1992, the Bruins broke the Wildcats’ 71-game homecourt winning streak.
Arizona has scored 50 wins in a total of 114 matches, netting 8,352 total points in the process.
