Artspace Mesa Lofts – a 50-unit multi-family development consisting of live/work space for artists and their families – is now open. Units include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms with rents serving households below 60% of the area’s median income level. The project includes 1,450 square feet of commercial space for nonprofit arts-focused organizations and creative businesses, and 2,900 square feet for events and exhibitions.
There is a working art studio space in each unit. The project also incorporated various energy efficient systems including LED lighting and low flow water restrictions to achieve a LEED certification.
