When COVID-19 threatened the very core of the Arizona food and beverage industry, restaurant owners quickly adapted their business models to offer take-out, curbside and delivery options and cocktails to go.
Spring’s Arizona Restaurant Week similarly pivoted moving from late May to June 19 through Jun 28 and re-imagining itself into Arizona Restaurant Weeks: Dine in or Take Out. More than 200 participating restaurants statewide will offer culinary adventurers dedicated menus – for dine-in or via take-out and delivery – that showcase local chefs’ creative talents through innovative dishes. All three-course, prix-fixe menus will be available for $33 or $44 per person.
